This policy explains what THE FACTORY collects and how we use it.
Your account email address, provided when you sign in through our identity provider; your membership status; basic technical logs such as IP address and request times; and the map coordinates you choose in order to generate terrain. Payment card details are collected and processed solely by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
To provide and secure the Service, manage your membership, respond to support requests, and improve the product.
We rely on Amazon Web Services for hosting and sign-in (Amazon Cognito) and on Stripe for payments. Your information is shared with them only as needed to run the Service, under their respective terms.
We use browser local storage to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising trackers and we do not sell personal information.
We keep account data while your account is active. To access or delete your data, email admin@getthefactory.com.
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
